Integrity of our Conference Registration Data is Highly Important!
Registration information is used for communicating directly with participants as well as for planning specific instuctional needs. Personal contact information (i.e. email, phone, mailing address) is frequently used for providing additional conference information, followup resources and notifying participants of any last minute changes.
Therefore, to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the information submitted, we ask that each conference participant personally complete the online registration form for him or herself. Please double-check the accuracy of the information provided prior to clicking the "Submit" button. Thank-you.

In the extraodinary event, that you are completing this online registration for someone other than yourself, please make sure you obtain and submit complete, up-to-date and accurate personal information for the registrant. Double check spelling of names. In addition, be prepared to provide accurate answers to specific information that may be asked of conference participants (such as lodging needs or particular conference strands they wish to attend). Please DO NOT guess at the information asked for or provide substitute information (for example: list the school secretary's email address for a teacher; list the school district office address for educators who work in the schools). Please do not submit an online registration form in behalf of any person until you have gathered ALL the applicable information.
